How our on-line ordering works: For customers ordering with delivery addresses in the USA and Canada - the checkout process allows you to choose shipping options with Fedex and UPS with real time shipping costs.
We also review the shipping costs to ensure it is accurate - and if there is an error of an overcharge when we compare the actual weights and dimensions compared with what the on-line system calculates it as being, we will refund any overcharge. Our process ensures you receive the lowest shipping cost.
For larger orders over 150 pounds in total we recommend palletizing the order and obtaining a quote for truck delivery. We use a freight broker for the lowest cost rates.
For customers in the USA and Canada, payment by credit card through the on-line store, or via ACH, or domestic wire transfer or check-in-advance is also available. For International customers, we will provide you with our International Wire Transfer details.
For Canadian customers, we can also offer shipment by Purolator and Canada Post - Canada Post tends to be the lowest cost. Shipments by Purolator and Canada Post will normally take a few extra days as we transfer the shipment from our US location to our Canadian shipping point.
Collect Shipments: You can use your Fedex/UPS account for collect shipments for USA and Canada delivery addresses. Once you complete your on-line order and the payment your order will start processing immediately and then ship according to your collect preferences. International customers can create a shipping label with their carrier (Fedex, UPS, DHL) and then send us a copy of the label. International collect is not available.
USPS for International Shipments: We can also utilise USPS which has low cost international rates compared to Fedex/UPS if you are willing to accept 4 to 7 day transit time.
